Who is Combi Creations?
The Guinea Pig in our icon photo is Combi, whose coat was a combination of colours.
We are a family who likes to create. Anything and everything. Software. Patchwork. 3D Printing. Vintage Computer parts. Knitting. Vintage Vehicle items. T-Shirts. Vinyl Cutting. We do a combination of creation. And hence the name.
Sadly Combi is no longer with us. But we have other piggies that join us in the caravan for our travels. You will see them from time to time on our Facebook and Insta posts.
This online shop and our blogs are an overflow of our obsessions. 3D printed products can usually be reproduced if we run out. The handmade items like beanies are often one offs – once that wool or fabric is gone, it’s gone. But ask if you see something you like but would like it in a different colour or pattern then email us – no promises but it’s always worth asking.
Postage
Currently we are only shipping to Australia while we sort out postage costs, etc. If you wish to purchase a product from outside of Australia, please email combicreationscraft@gmail.com to organize a one off purchase. We will be setting up online shipping to more countries in the future.
Refund and Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
We do not do refunds or returns if you change your mind. Variations in colour between the photos on the screen and the real life product may occur.
If your product arrives broken or is completely unsuitable for use, please contact us with details of the problem and we will see what can be arranged. Many of our products are a “one off” handmade item so they cannot be swapped for a duplicate.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
